Cesar Martinez

Cesar Martinez is one of the leading communications consultants in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America and Spain. He has actively worked in four U.S. presidential elections with a specialty in the Hispanic vote.

He was creative director for the Bush-Cheney 2000 campaign; a member of the Media and Strategy team for Bush-Cheney 2004, McCain 2008 and Romney-Ryan 2012, and was part of the Hispanic team for Jeb Bush 2016. In addition, he has advised a long list of candidates in Latin America, including presidents, governors and mayors.

César is a specialist in the field of branding, collaborating with major brands, corporations, governments and building the personal brand of numerous candidates, officials and public figures.

In the area of corporate communications and marketing, César has worked with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Western Union, Anheuser Busch, Burger King, and Frito-Lay.
